We process all orders within 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped.
If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email support@grip-a-line.com and we'll take a look!
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@grip-a-line.com with your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with an update.
Shipping charges will be depend on the size of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When shipping outside of the United States, we are not responsible for import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may be incurred once a shipment reaches its destination. If these charges are applied it is your responsibility to cover them.
If a shipment is returned due to these types of charges not being paid by the intended recipient, we will refund the product or re-charge the shipping to re-send the item.
We have a 30-day return policy. To return your purchase, please email support@grip-a-line.com requesting a return and indicate the reason for the return request. We value your feedback to help our future product development and service efforts. If your request is received more than 30 days since the delivery date of your product, we will not accept your return.
If your product is returned in "like new" condition with original packaging, full credit will be issued for the price of the product, less shipping. Items that are not returned in like new condition with packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Unless the product received was damaged in shipping or was defective in manufacture (see below), you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Credit will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase (e.g. credit card) and you will be notified via email of the credit. If a restocking fee is assessed, the credit notification email will explain why a fee was assessed.
If any of the components of the product have been damaged in shipping or are defective in manufacture, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective component(s). We will send a return label for the return of the damaged or defective component(s).
